How to Perform a Password Reset - OneCloud
To Reset a Password:
- From the OneCloud Portal Homepage, click the Users tab.
- Find the user of which you'd like to perform the Password Reset.
- Click the Pencil icon located to the right of the user's profile to edit the user's information.
- From the list, click the Advanced option.
- Click the Force Password Reset button.
Note: Forcing the password reset, clears the current password, and forces the user to change it before they can access their account.
