Above the Usage Statistics widget in the top righthand corner, there is a link to the Attendant Console.
Clicking the Attendant Console link will open another webpage that'll take you to the Attendant Console Contact’s page. This page will display the domain’s Contacts and Parking Lots.
The contacts tab gives you an overview of all the contacts in your organization, and a status indicator.
A green circle displayed next to a user’s name and extension indicates that the user is currently available. A red circle indicates that the user is currently unavailable, meaning that they are already on the phone with someone or has turned on their Do Not Disturb status.
Clicking on an extension will bring up a new window seen in the image below. This window is where you're able to call a contact using their extension, work number, mobile number, or their home phone number. You can also leave a voicemail for the contact as well.
The Call Queues tab will give you an overview of how many Call Queues your organization has, and the number of agents logged into each queue.
The Auto Attendants tab gives you an overview of the Auto Attendants your organization has configured, shown in the image below.
Make a Call
Pressing the Make a Call button will open a dial pad menu as seen in the image below. It allows you to enter a destination to call. Once you enter a phone number or extension and click call, a call is generated and sent to your devices. When you answer the call, the called party is then called connected.
Next to the Attendant Console link you will see your extension number and name. When clicking on your extension you will see the option to manage your account or check messages.
